1. What is the repair process at Servo Motor
Solutions?
All Servo Motors are thoroughly evaluated and dynamically tested
to determine faults. Each Servo is completely dismantled, cleaned
and evaluated. Defective or damaged parts are identified and included
as part of the repair quotation. Our repair process ensures that
defective materials are identified and included in our estimated
repair costs.
Once approval is given to repair a motor, defective components
are replaced, necessary repairs are completed and the motor is
thoroughly tested to ensure that it is repaired properly.
Once completed the repaired Servo motor arrives back at your
facility properly repaired, freshly painted and complete with
documentation detailing the repair as requested.

4. What is the turnaround time on a repair?
For over twenty years our company has provided 24 hour emergency
service to industrial and manufacturing facilities. Although turnaround
time depends on the specific parts required, many repairs can
be completed utilizing in house parts and can be turned around
in as little as 24 hours. If you need expedited service give us

5. Are you an EASA certified repair shop?
Both our Servo Repair Shop and our Electric Motor Repair Operation
are a member of the Electrical Apparatus Service Association.
Our technicians receive EASA training and work closely with EASA
technical resources as required.
6. What is the warranty on repairs?
We stand behind our repairs. Each repair is backed by a 1 year
parts and labor warranty.
