Prior to sending in a Servo for repair, give us a call.  We will put you directly in touch with our technicians so that you can discuss the specific issues you are experiencing.  During this call, we will work with you to determine the best course of action for your Servo Motor.  Once it is determined that your Servo must be sent in for repair, we will provide shipping instructions. 

Please ship your Servo Motor assembled.   We see a substantial amount of damage caused by well meaning customers and motor repair shops who simply want to take a look inside the Servo.   This can lead to damaged or broken parts that cannot be replaced, turning an otherwise good motor into scrap.
